When Will Work On My Translation Project Begin?

We get started on your Project immediately after your payment is received (depending on payment method). An Expected Delivery Date indicates when your translation will be complete. Rest assured that if work doesn’t start within twelve hours, a member of our support team will take the initiative to get a translator working on your project quickly.

Why Hasn’t Work Started On My Project?

Please remember that our translators are native speakers. Because of this, many of them live in their native countries, e.g., our Spanish translators live in Spain, Mexico, Central, and South America. That is why time zones do become a factor.

We try to ensure that your translation starts within 4 business hours. However, this can translate into several non-business hours, especially in the evenings or on weekends.

Translations can also be delayed if there is an issue with the instructions or documentation provided. This might include a problem with word count, or an order submitted under the wrong category.

How Quickly Will I be Able to Receive my Finished Project?

We have implemented a system that guarantees available translators are always connected to us. When we receive an order, the proper translators receive notification automatically. Be assured that your translator will work hard to deliver your order on or before your deadline.

Remember that it is possible to divide a single large order into several smaller orders. This ensures that work is being completed on all deliverables at once.

Who Translates My Text?

Who Is Going to See My Documents?

Because of privacy concerns, we limit the people who have access to our client’s documents. Only your translator and a member of our quality assurance team will see your information. The translator views the documents, of course, in order to complete the work you have ordered. The QA team member ensures that quality standards have been met. If you have opted to use our proofreading services, a proofreader will also view both the original and the translated documents.

Where Do I Submit Any Special Requests?

If you have special requests or instructions once your Project has been placed, you can use the live chat feature to let your translator know what you need. Please be very clear when providing special instructions.

How Will the Translation be Formatted?

Your translator will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your document is formatted like your original document. If you send us an editable copy of your original, we are much more able to retain that format. If you have a specific formatting need, please inform us.

What If I Only Need to Translate a Portion of a Document?

If you need a part of the document to be translated we recommend you to send a request to our Support Team. Please provide the document for translation along with the translation related details in your request.
