TWP Translation Accuracy Certificate with Translator’s Signature

Certificate sample

Home > Services > Certified Translation Services > TWP Translation Certificate Sample >

This sample shows TheWordPoint’s Certification of Translation Accuracy in the version the translator signs. The translator who did the work is named, signs the certificate and gives their contact details. TheWordPoint’s director then countersigns it and adds the company seal. Choose this version when an authority asks for the translator’s own certification, such as USCIS, UK visa applications, courts and many universities.

What the certificate includes:

  • The title of the translated document, its number of pages and its date
  • The client’s name and the language pair, for example Spanish into English
  • A statement that the translation is complete and accurate and was not done by a family member, friend or business associate
  • The translator’s name, signature, address and phone number
  • The date of issue
  • The director’s signature and the TheWordPoint seal
  • A note that the certificate covers the accuracy of the translation, not the authenticity of the original

You choose your certificate on the order form. For a filled-in example from an immigration case, see our USCIS certificate sample. If the translator’s details don’t need to appear, see the company-signed certificate.
